Inpowered Jewels Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom affirmation pieces
may require additional processing time of 5–7 business days.
Shipping Method
Inpowered Jewels ships all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
USPS First-Class Mail: 3–7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
Free Shipping
We offer FREE USPS First-Class Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before tax). Orders under $75 will have
shipping calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Inpowered Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by USPS once the package has been shipped. If your package
is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office directly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Inpowered Jewels is not responsible for orders shipped
to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible
for reshipping costs.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product
so we can assist you.
